The Needle Cap is a effect cap for a average spray width from ca. 1 - 2,2 cm (0,39” to 0,86”). Similar to the Standard Cap it results in fine but dirty lines.
The spray width changes with the used distance to the object. For skinnier lines, spray from a closer distance. For fatter lines, spray from a further distance.
The NEEDLE CAP earns its name due to its unique appearance. Unlike the dots that designate the spray trajectory in standard caps, the needle cap has a hollow plastic tube extruding from its round body form, that offers a paint trajectory in a squirting like output as if the paint was being sprayed through a needle. With an average spray width of 1cm to 2,2cm, the line it produces is similar to the STANDARD Cap with its dirty and raw characteristics. Often used by street artists, urban artists and studio artists to achieve splatter like application on small scales, the needle cap fits on all female valve caps like Montana GOLD, Montana BLACK and Montana WHITE. The spray width changes subject to the distance it is used from the object being coated. For skinnier lines, spray from a closer distance. For wider lines, spray from a further distance. For greater splatter effects, withdraw presure on the cap to half triggering.
